StackPicker is a free tool discovery and comparison platform operated by Caydev. It allows users to browse SaaS tools, compare pricing and features, and assemble technology stacks for their businesses.

The service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

When using StackPicker, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the platform without prior written permission from Caydev

The StackPicker platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Caydev and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Tool names, logos, descriptions, and other brand assets displayed on StackPicker belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this platform does not imply any endorsement of StackPicker by those companies, nor does it grant you any rights to use those assets.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from StackPicker content without express written permission from Caydev.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

StackPicker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Caydev does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Pricing, feature information, and other tool data is sourced from publicly available information and may not always be accurate or up to date. We encourage you to verify details directly with each tool's vendor before making purchasing decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caydev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of StackPicker, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

In no event shall Caydev's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service exceed the amount you have paid to Caydev (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

StackPicker contains links to third-party SaaS tools and websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Caydev does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external sites.
